Once mod's menu is opened you'll have to specify «STEAMLIBRARY» path if asked! Path must lead to «SteamLibrary folder», not to the game! After that, go to game's properties inside Steam library, choose DLC and install «Dota2 Workshop tools» (Or do it thought Store page in Steam). As soon as all that is done, you'll be able to install mods for DotA 2!
